Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. We are unable to cancel an order once the product has already been shipped out.
Returns
We will offer a refund or free replacement if the items we send you are incorrect or damaged.

1. Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
① Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
② Customized products can only be returned if defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
③ Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible, and securely attach the Return Label on the outside of your package. Merchandise must have all tags attached.
④ Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after a return label has been provided, otherwise the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
WearGroovy is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Orders will not be re-sent or refunded in these cases.
4. Damage from Laundering
We cannot provide returns or exchanges for accidental damage caused during laundering or dry-cleaning, such as stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, rips, bleaching, iron damage, heat damage, or seam and button hardware damage.
5. Wrong Shipping Address
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or deliveries not re-scheduled by the customer within 30 days of the first delivery attempt will not have shipping charges refunded. We cannot accept responsibility for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the shipping carrier you choose.
If the return is due to our error — damaged or incorrect items — WearGroovy will cover the return shipping cost.
To file a claim, please contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. You must include a photo showing the problem or defect.
Kind Reminder
Returns cannot be processed without prior authorization via email at hello@weargroovy.com. Returns shipped to us without prior authorization are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit, and may not be returned to the customer except under special circumstances at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
① Check your bank account again.
② Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
③ Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
